TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Booking & Reservation: Invoice issuance does not constitute a confirmed reservation. Payment is required in full to secure your session. Requested dates are held for exactly 24 hours from the time of issuance; if payment is not received, the hold expires and the time slot will be released without further notice.
Scheduling & Punctuality: Each booking is for a firm two-hour window, including all setup and equipment breakdown. Please allow sufficient travel time for Atlanta traffic; sessions will conclude exactly at the scheduled end time to accommodate subsequent bookings. Late arrivals do not extend the session duration. Any extension remains at the sole discretion of the Studio.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: All payments are non-refundable. Clients may request a one-time date change provided the request is made at least 10 days prior to the original filming date. Within the 10-day window, all bookings are final; the Studio reserves the right to deny rescheduling requests, and no credit will be issued for canceled sessions.
Subscription Services: Subscriptions provide priority access to one filming block per 30-day billing cycle. It is the client’s sole responsibility to schedule their session within this period; unused sessions do not roll over. To cancel a subscription and avoid future charges, written notice must be received no less than 14 days prior to the next billing cycle. We cannot guarantee makeup dates for sessions not booked within the active billing month. Absent other arrangements, subscription billing typically occurs on the 1st of each month.
Facility Stewardship: The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage to the studio set, equipment, or facility resulting from negligence, intentional misuse, or failure to follow guidelines. Standard wear and tear or equipment failure through normal professional use is excluded. Repair costs will be invoiced immediately upon assessment.
